Dr. Bob, as he is affectionately known, graduated from Marquette University with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Corydon Palmer Dental Society.
He began his practice with his brother, Dr. Joe, in 1962. His expertise in partials and dentures and his attention to detail has provided him with an impressive client base.
Dr. Bob and his wife, Mary Ann, have three children and a grandchild. He enjoys gardening and making his own wines.
Dr. West Natale graduated from Ohio State University with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She has been with Warren Family Dental Center for over 30 years. Her commitment to quality dentristy and her active involvement in the community have helped her develop an extensive patient following.
She is a member of several professional organizations including the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Corydon Palmer Society, for which she sits on the Peer Review Board. Dr. Natale is also a member of the Mahoning/Trumbull Dental Study Club, the American Association of Women Dentists, Leadership Mahoning Valley, the Junior League of Youngstown, and the American Heart Association.
Dr. Natale volunteers her time in dental education. She has participated in Give Kids a Smile (GKAS), by donating her time and skills to provide free dentistry to underprivileged children. She has also worked at the Corydon Palmer booth at the Canfield Fair. Dr. Natale visits schools to offer dental education to children each February during Childrens' Dental Health Month.
Dr. Natale has four grown children and a granddaughter. She enjoys traveling, gardening, and being outdoors.
Michele has over 25 years of dental experience, 23 of which have been with WFDC, which makes her the senior member of our clinical team. She graduated from Youngstown State University with an Associate degree in Applied Science/Dental Hygiene. Michele also graduated from Case Western Reserve as an Expanded Functions also graduated from Case Western Reserve as an Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary (EFDA). Aside from her duties as a dental hygienist, Michele is in charge of our radiology department, insuring x-ray safety to patients and staff.
Michele lives in Champion with her husband, Rob, and teenage son and daughter. She enjoys family and friends, Champion sports, and theater.
Julie has nine years dental experience. She has been with our practice for the past four years. Julie's smiling face will be the first to greet you at each visit and she is our main telephone contact employee. Some of her other responsibilities include front desk operations, appointment scheduling and coordination, and conducting financial arrangements.
Beyond her front desk experience, Julie holds a real estate license. She was also a hostess/manager for her family-owned restaurant.
Julie has a daughter and grandson with whom she enjoys spending time. Her hobbies include gardening, golfing, and cooking.
Jackie is originally from the Cleveland area and received her dental hygiene degree from Lakeland Community College. She started with WFDC as a temporary employee ten years ago, and became a permanent addition to our practice in 2001. She has a total of 22 years in the dental field. Beyond her hygiene duties, Jackie also works with dental representatives in order for the office to provide each hygiene patient with a complimentary "goodie" bag at each cleaning appointment.
Jackie and her husband have two children. She enjoys family vacations, attending her children's activities, and walking her dog, Ellie.
Denise has worked as a dental auxiliary for 30 years. She has been with WFDC for 18 years. She has a degree as an Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary from Jefferson Community College and is certified in dental radiology and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. As an EFDA, Denise is licensed to perform many duties beyond that which can be accomplished by an assistant. Denise also maintains our sterilization units, safeguarding and protecting the health of our patients and staff.
Denise and her husband, Bill, have four grown children. She enjoys family time, gardening, and walking her two dogs, Odin and Mason.
Business Administrator, Office Manager
As our administrator and office manager, Debby is responsible for the organization and efficiency of our office operations. She keeps our practice running smoothly by attending to the business aspect of the office and by managing the staff. Debby has been with our team for the last four years. Her experience includes a total of 40 years in dental and office administration.
In addition to the business end of operations, her experience enables her to perform many duties within the office, ranging from the front desk responsibilities and insurance claims to assisting. Over the years she has attended and continues to attend education seminars keeping current on information and changes in the dental and business arenas.
Debby and her husband, Loye, have been married for over 35 years. They enjoy traveling and spending time with their three sons,daughters-in-law, and grandson. Debby's hobbies include decorative painting, interior design work, crafts, scrapbooking, and reading.
Brenda has a combined total of 18 years in the dental field. She worked as a volunteer dental assistant for the U.S. Air Force through the American Red Cross. She joined our group eleven years ago after graduating from Youngstown State University as a dental hygienist. More recently, Brenda graduated from the Ohio College of Massotherapy in Akron. She holds two Associate Degrees in Applied Science; one in dental hygienist and one in massotherapy. She has just opened her home-based office in Girard where she practices as a licensed massage therapist in addition to being our only full-time hygienist. Brenda is also our OSHA officer. In this capacity, she is responsible for keeping the office and staff up-to-date with safety and hazard regulations within the office environment.
Brenda is an avid reader and loves to travel. She frequently vacations with her daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren and attends various sports events in which her grandchildren are involved. Brenda also camps during the summer with family and friends.
